Went to London at the weekend to see the Big Life at the Apollo Theatre. What can I say? I had an amazing afternoon. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a musical like that before

Organised a few meetings and feigned interest where needed. Hopefully I've nodded in the right places. I've chomped through half a packet of cookies out of sheer boredom.

I've heard that all my references have gone through - apparently they were fantastic. Just 4 weeks to go until the temping finishes.

Basically I left my last job within my probation period so as not to work the required 4 week notice period. Hence my temping.

Although the good thing about temping has forced me to consider what I do want from a job, and I guess from my life. I've been in the position before where there hasn't been time to consider the bigger picture.

I think I have plan and a focus, I just hope I don't lose my nerve and not see it through. Although more on the "plan" at a later date.

Have been invited to lunch with the year placement students. They are all new to Cambridge and are studying at Aston University. Sometimes I wonder if things would have turned out differently if I had gone to uni. Did I miss is? After ten years of work I somettimes think I would like to get off the treadmill for a few minutes. But due to my spending habits this is an unaffordable luxury!

I have been moblogging since December, and wondered if I could articulate my ramblings well enough here! Not sure what I want to say, not sure if I have anything to say. But I will give it a whirl and see where it goes.

I should probably tell you a bit about me: I am a 28yr old single gal from Suffolk. I have been working in Cambridge for 10 years and had what feels like a million jobs. My current role is as the temp from hell. What can I say I am temping at a Quango and bored out of my head. Have just blagged another perm job anad start at the beginning of September. I have to say I am chuffed to bits as I had three offers to choose from! Yay me.

Aside from my imitation professional life, I am the middle child. According to my older brother that explains a lot about me! No idea what that means. I am shallow in that I love clothes and shoes. I love music. I put music on as soon as I get out of bed.

I'll be back later if anything happens or if I can think of something substantial to say.

But for now.......
